Honoring their best intentions and commitment and final sacrifice. Incomprehensible loss. Floated into first strip in L7. Some crested wheat has some signs of the ‘black bug’ that can suck the green color out of the leaves. Weather: Overcast and cool, and an ever so slight evening shower turns into more.

I am on the road to a summit where I wide array of players with a strong intention will address how to save the grassland bioregion of North America-a vast biome on the verge of breaking. So grateful for the ranch team at home taking care of business. Weather: Frosty mornings yet turning warmer.
NS: 17 bulls and 5 yearlings EG(2): Cows (416 includes some dries) Entry: We leave EG and move into L. Carlyle works on Lackey fence and attends to cows while I collect 5 ewes at Lehfeldt’s for training Max. I also prepare to depart for Colorado and visit CNB cattle at feedlot.
